Deluxe edition includes 1 season pass, ultimate includes 1-4 season passes, that means u can use jutsus, tools etc of those mentors on your CAC

both allow you to use the respective season dlc jutsus, tools (if available) and weapons (if the vr master has one to offer. the biggest difference as azimov said was the number of characters you can get. season 1-4 obviously has more characters, so more jutsus and stuff for your CAC (the character you create). anyway you have 2 jutsu slots on each class (4 classes, jutsus are categorized into them and they cannot be used outside of said class).

either way if you cant wait for a sale get the ultimate or you know assassin creed black flag that shizz. up to you.
