Hello, I bought the season 5 and season 6 top training sets and they appear in-game, we can buy them at the inn, but they do not appear, the characters do not appear, what can I do, it is more than 5 dollars, please help!'' (No refunds)

The "top secret training" packs only give mastery for the characters, and nothing else. It's the points you get when you equip them as your master, and do vr missions or pvp matches. You have to buy the 'Season Pass #' to get the characters, and bonus secret techniques and lobby emotes.

If it says secret training that's just level skips doesn't include the characters so you.still have to buy the actual pass and you can't refund the other thing or your save will get locked and force you to rebuy or restart game

Sorry I wasn't able to help ya more, but nice job figuring it out. The training packs are a really scummy move by Bandai. No refunds indeed Gotta read the descriptions carefully, and make sure it's a 'season pass' specifically.
Discounts are definitely the way to go, the base jutsu are plenty strong to tide you over, and the sales come pretty frequently.

Be careful not to refund those Top Secret Training Season passes, since the game will not recognize that they were refunded, and it will not allow you to open the game with continue, since you no longer have the DLC on, telling you either to enable it, or start a new game
