Missing Content DLC

I bought NTBSS Top Secret Trainer - Season Pass 5 Characters (DLC) on Steam to play on PC, but I couldn't access any of the characters from the season I bought, neither their costumes nor their in-game abilities.

I have the same problem with the pass 6, kaguya the last master is like is not purchased

You bought the wrong thing. Top secret training does not give any mentors all it is is a level skip for those mentors but you have to already own them. It's useless if you don't have the mentors and kaguya doesnt come out until friday in your timezone when steam updates.

Side note you can't refund secret training or you lock your save and have to start over to play or rebuy the secret training

Thank you for the brief explanation @Carnatux, the thing is, I refunded the Season Pass 4 and Season Pass 7, not knowing that it is not supposed to unlock the characters.

Steam has removed the 2 DLCS, sent me the money which is in Pending, but since then I was not yet able to access the game, since it tells me
" Some add-on content has not been activated and is preventing the game from starting.
Please activate the add-on content listed below or select NEW GAME".

I do not want to start a new game, what should I do? Purchase the 2 DLCS that do not offer me nothing again?

Your only options are restart or rebuy those refunded dlc
