ARE THE SCROLL DROP RATES INACCURATE? HELP!

I spent money for 20 Moonlight scrolls, additionally I had 30 Esoteric scrolls. I used all the scrolls I had accumulated for the newest accessories. After using all of them, I didn't get a single SS item, even though it says that there is a 1/10 chance of getting them. So, I'm wondering, does the game show an accurate drop rate or is it false? If the SS items are 1/10, I should at the very least gotten 1 item after using 50 scrolls. If anyone has seen any information regarding the drop rates, if there is any bug regarding this, I'd really appreciate it.

It's a 2% chance 1 out of 10 is 10% so for every 100 statically wise you would get 2 but everything is predetermined anyway

Edit: I realized you ment any ss not a specific one which would be 10% which even then is still low I've used like 150 at one point and only got 1 ss item total

Just like a coin you could flip it and get heads 8 times in a row even though it should be every other toss

I see, I think, it would have been better if the chances was higher with the moonlit, I mean, if one is spending real cash, it's the least they could do, anyway, ty.
