Kakashi outfit Anbu SS

Hello, I just unlocked the Anbu outfit from Kakashi in SS but I don't see it in my inventory. Who could help me understand why?

Maybe the outfit you got does not match the gender of your character. You know, even if your main character is male (for example), you'll still receive both male and female outfits. OR...maybe you jut need to pick up the outfit from Sakura. Visit her and check "Gifts", "Special Rewards" and whatever else she has for you.

it depends on what gender outfit you received from the scroll since its left up to chance if you get a female outfit when your character is a male or vise versa.

i think that mechanic is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ bs. i already dislike the random lootbox ♥♥♥♥- its worse that i then have a ~60% chance to get female ♥♥♥♥ for my male character that the game wont let me use. one time i opened 4 lootboxes all at once and got only female cloths...
