Is the season pass' worth it? - Someone whose looking to buy the game

Well basically the ani-may sale is going and I'm greatly considering buying the game, although I'm just torn between getting the season pass or not and if I should which one.

you should definitely buy the season pass along with the game but if you want the season 1st season pass just buy the ultimate edition. This game is 100% worth the money.

Okay so in that case the first season pass is the go to season pass to get alongside the game? Or would it be fine just playing with the base game multiplayer wise I've heard a lot of mixed opinons

You may be at a disadvantage, depending on what class you play without the dlc in multiplayer, although you won't be outright screwed. Some amazing jutsu are locked to the passes. Id say season 1 pass is definitely a good buy tho, as for ranged attackers you get Madara's majestic destroyer flame as an option, as well as you gain all the previous Hokage, and the three sanin as VR masters. Don''t worry too much tho, as most of the online is team based, so other people with those jutsu from the passes can help out, while you make do.

And as of the price currently, the deluxe edition is hella worth it. 12 dollars is a really good price for the base game AND the first season pass. Although, I should mention that the reveal for season 4 also showed us that there will eventually be a free version of the game called Shinobi Strikers Lite, which will more or less just be base game. However, people who paid money will gain more benefits, like new purchasable jutsus and such, so don't let that discourage you TOO much if you really want it while it's on sale.
