HOW TO CLAIM DLC ?? PLZ HELP

i just Buy NTBSS: Master Character Training Pack Naruto Uzumaki (BORUTO) DLC but i dont get the item IN-Game content and i do not get Kurama accesory, is that a bug??
plz HELP me :)

Hello Hanttzz,
After you bought a character you need to talk to Sakura>>gift box>>add ons.
Then you need to talk with Sasuke and lvl your character up to unlock his jutsus and more before you can use them.
