The saved data does not load

Good evening folks, today I reinstalled the game and when I started I couldn't continue with my previous game.
Does anyone know what it can be or if it is a common problem?

Got it. Jiloker check to see ur first account in what region was it created ( pc region at the time ) my friend got his old acc back

I’ve seen his old acc for a while via the friend list and couldn’t know what was the problem if others see your old acc you should be able to recover your old acc likewise other people

I tried changing the region of my pc and it keeps loading the wrong character

From what I’ve found if your acc wasn’t deleted by new game it should still be on the cloud and finding out the region and re lunching the game should fix my friend changed his reg back to ♥♥♥ and got his old 320 acc

This usually means the region on the computer you're using has been changed since saved data is inexplicably tied to your computer's region. I think that's what Devilxion_ is explaining as well. It should be as simple as switching the region to what it was before to continue where it was left off. Note that it must be the same region the save data was initially created on or it will force you to start a new game.
