New Game Problem

Guys i recently reset my windows 10 pro and when i launched the game i havent got the Continue option anymore i just had the New Game and i startedd a new one but i want to know what happened and i really want to repair it bcc i had lvl 73 is not that much but u know how it is.Please help me!

It's beacuse you have reset your pc and I guess you also didn't enable steam cloud saving.
