Missing DLC

I got deluxe and it says that i got season pass 3 (boruto karma naruto last battle shisui and neji) i got only season pass 1 how do i access my dlcs?

Deluxe edition only gives you season pass 1 DLC characters.

Unless you bought Season Pass 3 separately, you don't have it.

I know it feels awkward to see season pass 2 3 and 4 characters in ninjutsu library. You can train with them but you won't get Jutsu.
In ninjutsu library if you click (x) in xbox controller (sorry I don't know for keyboard or ps4) you can see the details of the rewards you can get from the masters. In the case of season pass 2 3 and 4 characters you will see an option to buy the dlcs. I also got the deluxe edition mate and the same is with me. The company should remove the dlcs that we don't have in ninjutsu library.

Did you download each character from the store manually it doesn't auto download them you have to manually download each
