you receive them from lowest rank (D) up to about half of rank (B)
after completing each you receive a notification or you can tell when you rank up
then you go to sakura
now for the higher rank (B) to full rank (S) is received usually a day or more

i played a lot to reach 150k points to get all the event rewards, i was just worried there could be some problem with the "redeem rewards" cause i saw on the timer "0 days left" but ty too c:

If i`m not mistaken the maintenance is going to be tomorrow. So, just wait.
