Shinobi striker launch error failed to start
Been playing the game fine until now.
After yesterday night, the game just fails to launch and it crashes as soon as the anticheat launcher loads up.

I have tried verifying the game files, tried reinstalling the game, made exceptions for the game executable in my antivirus and even tried moving the savefile out of the folder in userdata before trying to launch. I already tried searching this issue and only found these potential solutions.

Anyone else got this issue and fixed it?

Would appreciate any help. Thanks!

I already have sent a support ticket to Bandai Namco technical support with my dxdiag file and a screenshot of the issue.

You guys should probably send a support ticket too with your dxdiag file attached.

I hope they fix this issue after seeing there are people who are unable to even launch the game.

Yeah im having the same issue, ive reinstalled the game about 3 times now and have went into the anticheat to "repair" the files and nothing.

Wow, guess more and more people are having this issue. I got a response on my Bandai Namco support ticket today.
They told me to install the latest graphics card driver and to log out of Steam and relog in and try launching the game again.

I tried both things and it still doesn't work. It still gives me the same error.

I just started having the same error message too, It was working perfectly fine yesterday and now this. I didn't change anything and it showed up with the error message. Anyone can help me?

Soul(Tamashi), It seems that none of us that have this error have found a working fix yet.

You should try contacting Bandai Namco through their technical support request form and letting them know that you have this problem.

If more and more people ask them for their help about this, they might fix it soon.

You might need to make an account.

They will ask you to attach them a dxdiag file.

To generate one, look at this and follow the instructions.
