You cant sell content and not give it to people that pay i payed for dlc that at this time dosnt exsist we cant play it so kindly refund me or ill go out of my way to buy the dlc and game on other accounts and charge back all the purchases

DLC's aint refoundable, the only reason why u can't access it due to server issues, u gott wait.

If u go make other accounts and buy it and then refound it back nobody is losing money, mostly just you losing your own time.
