failed to connect to the network

I bought the game today and I can't play online I connect to the game Write me failed to connect to the network and then it shows me the option to play offline Please if anyone knows the problem that will answer

i bought this 2 weeks ago still the same problem.unfortunately i bought it from cd keys.so steam cant help me.ive contacted bandai

I had this issue and it went away on its own.

I exited the Steam, reset my computer, and started the game once I was able to. After that it took a moment to connect but its been fixed. This seems to happen whenever the game is Alt+F4'd instead of going through the usual exit (Quit Game -> Start -> Quit Game)

Do a restart to my computer or reset my computer

u meant restart pc.but u typed it wrong.so i resetted the pc and it worked.i dont know how,thank u anyway.resetting pc will help.do a backup of files before resetting because it deletes all files.
