Problem finding beginner match

I cant progress in the game because I cannot find a beginner match and have done all available missions, yet when I asked to refund, they denied it because I had over 2 hours on the game.

Have you tried playing the Ninja World League? I don't believe a beginner match in particular is necessary.

there are no beginner matches or quick matches you need to play the current event and/or the ninja world league. there are a good amount of newbies too so dont worry about it

Ninja world league works however, I cannot get any more vr missions without completing the "tutorial" which involves playing a beginner match.
