Jutsu And How to get them?

So I know you can level up the VR Trainer and they give you their jutsu. Is there other ways beside that to get the same jutsu? Or Is it both. You can some jutsu with vr trainer and some you need to earn through random drop found by doing quest? And if so which quest is most effective farm for jutsu

Some are random drop. I've heard the scrolls can drop some but I've never seen 1 and I've opened over 500 scrolls.

Generally you get them from VR Master or random loot from PvE/PvP

I've been watching a lot of streams, including a couple of 10+ hour binge sessions watching different players (or one 16 hour stream I was there for more than 12 hours of). I don't have the game, but in the 30+ hours of spectating I've done, I have seen a few scrolls that dropped jutsu rewards. It's happened less than 5 times while I've been watching though, so definitely not what I'd call a reliable method of hunting down new techniques. The RNG is stupid enough to be one of the reasons I'm tempted not to pick it up.
