For a supporting healer, paralysis is awesome, it is ranged and helps allies.
Defensive healers should get the Slug summoning jutsu. It isnt offensive, but is useful even on offensive situations.
Ranged healers should get something that allows them to run effectively. Either chakra scalpel or, and here's my really unique opinion, Byakugan, allows you to see enemies through wall, and you just run in the opposite direction.
well byakugan has a few benifits that might not be noticed at first.
1. It boosts attack damage. (i heard it boosts the whole team, but i personally don't think it does)
2. It lets your party see enemies through walls (from a pretty large distance)
3. It lets your party see enemies Secret technique gauge (this is important for twin lion fists)
