How do i get more VR missions?

So i've done every VR mission from D-rank to B-rank (those are the only ranks i have unlocked) and i don't know how to get more. I've done every VR mission from the other people too.

You need to finish the "story" first , tranining with naruto or something like this was the name , then u got all the vr missions from D to S , I think the game have some kind of lvl requirement , and if u are 30 or more then u just need to find the next npc who gave u a quest.

I have finished the "story" i'm pretty sure. I've done everything the other NPC's gave me and Kakashi's quests. And this "training with Naruto" where do i find it? incase i haven't done it. I'm also level 62.

The story ends when you got the end game's credits.
Check with the npcs, with a big red "!". If you don't have any, do a pvp game, then check again all arround. They usually spawn after you finished a game.

Oh. It was Sarada that had the big red "!". She was blending in with the houses :/
