Scroll rewards?

In VR missions you can get these „scroll rewards” but i can find out how to get them, i got one or two randomly and i didn’t seem to find anything to trigger it, pls help and thx!

from what i've seen its random, although I've been trying to pickup all the physical scrolls per mission that i see during the mission and seem to be getting those rewards more consistantly, so maybe there is a physical one, doesnt make it obvious the trigger for it

u have a random chance tom get a kakashi scroll from a mission if u get it then when u apraise the scroll its garenteed to b the scroll reward 4 the mission u got it from
