I thought I didn't get mine either but it's there, just go to gifts, claim them and then check them. The one I got, Sakura clothes, is at the bottom part of the list of clothes that are available. I missed this and was thinking they screwed me over but it's there. So check that before you think you're screwed!

Hey, you're not wrong. However for some pople there was an error where they got a lower rank drop than waht they were. For example, i was S5 and got i think C5 rewards

Just logged in to check got my full S5 rewards. Disclaimer however i played to S5 like 1 1/2 or 2 weeks ago and stopped playing entirely as i feared losing my rank to some bug deranking people outside of ranked play.

I got all my S rewards. I too stopped playing for a week in fear of de-ranking and characters disappearing.

Got all of my S rank rewards no problem. Haven't had a problem on my end regarding rewards - but as for black screens? We shall see today.

black screen still happening and still no s5 rewards for me rather salty i spent 50 bucks on this game at this point
