can anyone help me with this?

i haven't done any B missions yet but i have completed all the S ranked ones and i can tell you now for big bosses like the susano or tailed beasts, ranged is king, try to get 3 ranged and 1 healer or 4 ranged both work fine

But Shikaku B and Susano B is Harder than S missions. I have all mission on first day (excluding this 2), but Shikaku and Susano i do all 2 next day's and i cant find team who destroy it. Now im try it 3rd day playing only this 2 missions.

Susanoo B rank is easy, you don't need to kill his clones, you just have to find the right one and attack that one, clones and original are separated far from each other so they can't attack you together. Go for attack type for this one since it will buy you time trying to find original.

ranged sucks ass vs that fight and I main ranged. Shukaku spams his exploding def where you have to destroy the ball and if you are unlucky, he does the same over and over till you destroy one.

for shukaku take kisame as master and go solo. Don't go with ppl. It's easiest because kisame win you a lot of time.
