Ah yeah I think our progress is ssaved locally. As far as I know, there appears to be a save file for the game under the Saved Games folder in Windows (C:\Users\[user]\Saved Games\NARUTO TO BORUTO SHINOBI STRIKER) so perhaps you'd have to go back to that old pc and grab the .sav file within that folder.
Hope this helps.

You're sure you're starting the game in the same region that the save file was last saved in?

It all started 2 years ago (I think), I played this game to the point where I had many objects and I was very happy with that account.
The problem is that at one point I reinstalled the operating system (windows) and I no longer had the save (I sent mail but in vain), I went over and created a new character and I got even higher with the items and the rest than in the first account. (I say account but I mean character, the account is the same)
Anyway, yesterday I reinstalled the windows and the surprise again! I no longer had the rescue, instead the first rescue reappeared 2 years ago.
I tried several methods and although I deleted the entire partition I managed to recover the System_v002.sav save with a program.
But when I start the game I get an error, if I delete that save the game starts normally but also with the first save 2 years ago....

Steam Cloud works for me with Shinobi Striker. I've played on multiple PCs with the save being synced and no problems.
Sorry for my dumb question, but can someone explain how works this steam cloud.

It saves your data online so you can play with the same saves on different pcs
