Is this game going to be F2P

I’ve looked everywhere on the page and announcements it never says it will, even in the note talking about early access they only talk about how you can buy the game for $15 or buy the upgrade version for $35 and how the price *might* change. Even in another discussion post some asked if it will be f2p and the devs just kind of dodge they question and only said “ Right now, we are working on creating an Early Access experience that you’re all going to love. Our focus centers around not only making the current game great, but also how to bring players even more updates for Relic Hunters Legends. We’re still putting together those plans on what that could look like in the future. Right now, we’re focused on creating the best version of Relic Hunters Legend. As plans take shape, it's our mission to keep you in the loop on any changes and updates!” I’m not trying to hate on the devs or the game I would just like a straight answer yes or no.
