Cannot Resize Window

Anyone else having this problem? I turned off full screen, and the default window size takes up my entire screen... and I have no way to resize it. When I move my cursor to the edges, the mouse doesn't change to a resizing tool, and there are no size options in the options menu. Any ideas?

Go into launch options, and add the following:

-screen-height 1050 -screen-width 1680

This will give you a 1680x1050 window. Adjust to your liking.
