Conflicting with an unknown datachunk.
I was wondering, if orwell doesn't know what's the other conflicting datachunk is, how does it know it's conflicting at all?
Or, if it knows where the other conflicting datachunk is, why doesn't it show you?
It shows you related documents \ pages when you find stuff, isn't conflicted datachinks also in related documents group?
I know why this is so from gameplay perspective, I wonder if there's a in-universe explanation?

Well the data already exists, but you are not allowed to see it as long as you didn't find a connection. While it seems like you can look at everything the nation still has some laws about data privacy and you have to prove that people are targets of your investgation before you can look at their data.
At least that is what I assume. That Orwell does have certain infos and would show it to you (a bit like google showing you ads relevant to your last searches) but it cannot show it to you unless you feed orwell with a connecting string of data.

it tells you where the other conflicting datachunk is when you find it. they do this for you to compare which one, remember u can only pick one. if the conflict datachunk isnt effective and you haven't looked for the other chunk, you should for a better ending/outcome i guess
