Need help progressing NEW GAME

So I have been playing smoothly until I reached rank 2 in the guild. But how do I get the quest to reach rank 3?

I can't seem to find out how to get the quest "Stolen Sacred Treasure" in order to move on in the story.

Main story + sometimes you have to clear specific quests of your guild (they're marked as important)

I also seem to remember a case where the rank up quest appeared after clearing an event from a town NPC.

So, just keep doing things that you haven't done yet, and it will appear eventually.

Did you already clear Logi Mountain (I think that's what it's called)? There is no specific quest attached to it, but you do need to reach the boss in that dungeon.
