In japan IF / Compile heart do pre-orders
I believe Compile Heart is still a subsidiary of Idea Factory as well
IF/CH do accept pre-orders but not straight so you will have to pre-order from sofmap, amazon or the like
Don't know where you read IF was a subsidiary of NISA...
(surprising how IF Intl got the NepNep titles to begin with them being NISA localized titles)
much like how XSEED is infact the licensing arm of Marvelous AQL I didnt know this until I started to dabble into Harvest Moon titles
infact there's the fact about how horrible Disgaea 1's ports translation got even though it was done by ATLUS, because... NISA thats what which makes sense because NISA's charm is horrible localization
it also gets lampshaded on how NISA-tan stopped being a thing sometime Between nepneps
she exists in the original NepNep but not in the remaster
http://hyperdimensionneptunia.wikia.com/wiki/Nisa
yes NIS-Tan was a thing in the original NepNep games until the fallout of NISA with IF making up IF Intl heck maybe even NIS itself was involved
Sorry I commit a mistake on my last message... What I tryed to say is where you read if IS (Right now) a subsidiary. Yes, it WAS a subsidiary of NISA back then. But now the IP and rights of the franchise are IF and IF only.
Compile Heart and Otomate are their main Studios/subsidiaries.
IF and Compile Heart cut all ties with NIS and NISA after Victory and Producing Perfection lol
And them cutting all ties were one of the main reasons they did the remakes so they would own all assets of the games even localization.
(Its why you don't see them porting the originals or Producing Perfection on Steam)
I believe NISA has the publishing rights on Original neptunia's and Producing Perfection
But another reason was to remove the character (Nisa or 日本一ちゃん Nippon ichi-chan) cause of them cutting all ties with NIS and NISA.
