how do i get vote from bruno? busted him to police once

so i busted him on the police and lost 5 -rep he is stuck at 85% i have his budies one at the back 100 trust and the guy next to building at 89 rep is there any way to get him for me to vote? i did all the quest (if im right)

Did you do the Chapel quest? where you have to find golden crosses and whatnot ? If not you can find all the items and sell it to Bruno . not sure if it will give you the trust u need but it's something. Also The cook's ring can be sold to Bruno

If you are trying to get their vote, you want to do missions for the guy that buy construction materials who is upstairs in the bar. He will send on you mission and eventually you will be able to steal his vote from the displaced
