Is it a crime to use a porno mag?

I have been trying out a crime free run. I do not pick locks and do not steal materials nor from NPCs.

Today on a busy street I used a porno mag because my morale was broken, and I was immediately arrested and thrown in jail. The implication is that my hobo does something more than merely peruse the pages of his magazine. Can the developers confirm if this is the case?

Hi it is not possible to be arrested for using porno mag on the street. Is there a possibility you stood on the car or just did some minor crime before?

Yes, it's definitely possible I stood on a car. I didn't know that you could get arrested for that. That's a cool detail.
