How do I get Black metal pants and horns?

I've been doing rituals satan knows how many times and I've never got any horns nor pants, is it more rare than jacket and boots? Because it's all I'm getting

The horns are common in bins and Shrug sell them sometimes. Not getting the pants with the ritual is just really unlucky.
