Zachy Trust

I've done all quest line with Zachy. Stuck at 90 Trust. Now stay with 'Crazy' Scepter quest.I know I should not break Zachy's dream...how can I get the drinking master II from him...I've tried 4 instance, none of them reach trust 95. An...d now, I took the scepter,talking with cardinal. Should I process?

Give "Wand of Dionysus" to Zachy. Then go to Crazy and you'll learn that Snot is in trouble again. Talk to Cardinal, you need to steal the wand now and he'll give you the key to the 'temple'. You have to remove the curse from the wand (Burian, Vanga). After that your trust with Zachy will decrease by 50 points.
To restore his trust you have to bring him a bottle of a very expensive Irish whiskey. As hinted by Cardinal you can steal the bottle from father Burian. This bottle should be enough to gain 100% trust and a vote.

Thank you for the reply. Somehow, when I turn in the legendary Irish whiskey to Zachy, it only grants 50 trust. The trust went back to 90, and goes no more further. Sad

Go to Crazy - there should be a dialog option to restore trust with Zachy. But I've done this before giving Zachy a bottle.
Have you done Respectable Guzzler and Legendary Guzzler quests? Have you asked Cardinal and Jenkins to say a word for you?
