Is this game broken, working, abandoned, etc?

I need to know what the current state of this game is. I am potentially looking to buy this as I watched Josh from Lets Game it Out play. My primary concern here is that I am seeing a lot of posts about major bugs, and the fact that the devs have clamped down the code like fort knox. So what are the parts of the game that are not working properly? Are there workarounds? Have the devs gone completely silent? Was the game actually left in a completed state?

I have already had my experience with poor early access games, such as Spacebase DF-9, bouyancy, SPAZ 2. Any help is much appreciated.

I've played almost 200 hours and I'm only missing the last 2 achievements.
The game is complete and functional....but if you're hunting for achievements, save the save somewhere on the HDD.....after some decisions it may happen that you won't get enough votes for the king of beggars.

I have almost 200 hours played, perhaps more, and I have not encountered any game-breaking bugs or parts of the game that do not appear to play properly. Also, the game is considered finished. There is a finished main quest.

The only unfinished thing I can think of is that when you open a in-game map you will see a large section of the city that is inaccessible. I suppose the devs had plans for that part of the city but didn't follow through with them.

GAME VERY BAD REALY! Don't buy it, i m happy, but counts of bugs it impossible.
I'm meeting a new season and I lost all the textures again, I was not given a quest for the end of the season, although a blizzard started when I clicked save and exit to restart the game, the interface closed and I remained in the game without the ability to open it, as well as all textures except the walls disappeared.
During this, my mouse was on top of the game controls, right on the screen, although I was not in the interface.

The state of development is that the game is more or less finished with the exception of them possibly fixing critical bugs as they come up. I've yet to encounter any real bugs in the game and it's a decent time sink game if you just wanna chill. The only thing that I'd really like to see is the addition of mod support but that doesn't seem like it's going to happen.

it's worth it in my opinion, but if you want my advice, keep a password on your session if you have a base built. I had some dude drop into my session and take my ENTIRE based and there is no way to get it back unless he puts them back down which the trolls absolutely don't do. Unless you know the person you're playing with is cool don't bother with the multiplayer. Otherwise it's a great game
