Is the train station bathroom elsewhere?

The police officers will tell you in the game that there's a bathroom at the train station. I had the city map, so I walked all around the train station and didn't find any bathroom. Then I found the following web page that says the second bathroom is "between the Iskra bar and Shizik's camp."

You can see on their map that it's a considerable distance from the train station. Is that the bathroom the officer is talking about when he says there's a bathroom near the train station?

Yes, that one and the gas station one are the bathrooms mentioned by the police officers.
