Hobo Fights

I'm sure it's been brought up before but i didn't come across it yet.
Hobos have fights.., It's a fact!
we need to be able to punch eachother. If not just to amuse ourselves, but we need to be able to get revenge if needed. If someone is looting my base and i catch them i want to beat them senseless and loot my stuff back. If some random stranger i'm begging doesn't give me money i want to be able to start a fight. If I get caught stealing from someone and they punch me, I should be able to hit them back! If I'm drunk and someone looks at me wrong.. you get the idea, that mofo needs slapped!
