Forgot the server password

My friend and I have been playing this game for a long time and decided to come back. But when you log in, it asks for a password and we don't know which one. Are there ways to solve this problem

Whoever is hosting the server can change the password. Instead of starting the game with "Continue" go to the Game list through "Create Game." There you can find your game and change the password or even remove it alltogether.
