only gifts for now. free booze/coffee/cigs/food from traders, sometimes even clothes and money. and strangers will be much more happy to donate you))
but highly likely that these quests will appear later. Harold has a dialogue about king's deals, now he just says that everything is fine))), but it looks like a preset for future quests

There is not much you can do as a king. Because you basically finished the game.
