Looking for a game I saw similar to Hobo Tough Life

It was like this as in it was a city survival game but you could get jobs delivering pizza, driving a train, etc, it was FPS. Saw it on YouTube and watched a bit of it but then when I went to my history it was gone and I can't remember the name of it.

Nah it was first person with pretty good graphics, the guy i watched was driving through this subway and he had to stop at certain points on the track to let passengers on and off. You had to hit Z to release the break, you could also deliver pizza as jobs and buy businesses and your own apartment. Trying to remember as many details as I can XD I think he got around like $170 something for the train job.
