satanist wont talk to me

I need to do the dark shards quest, the satanist under sewer just keep saying gibberish, also the alter besides him wont let me pour holy water on it. I've already done the draw blood quest. is this a bug?

You need to talk to the other satanist. Emil. He is in that cardbox in the alley where is Mrs. Emka.

Where do you get the quest? i dont have altar blueprint, when talking to emil he asks if i wanna join the ritual i got only 1 response option as a no....

You can get a quest related to satanists later in Moiser's questline. The quest with dark shards is one of late Zachy's quests.

No. In another quest, you get a clear choice if you want to side with the satanists or not. Siding with them might cause you to lose Moiser's vote, so I'd think twice before doing that.

The satanist rewards are really weak. A bit of attack and defense basically, while only the crit chance really matters in late game. And going to late game already means you have not played optimally at all.

Once you become King you have basically won, some fetch quests as a king, but nothing major, no more meaningful new content, it seems - the game should just end with a victory screen, if there is no more content, I feel. Not sure if I can bother to play through the 3rd season just for achievement, with nothing new to do.

Just beat the main satanist senseless, and he loses his faith - you need this to get Moiser's vote, basically.
