Yes i heard that he is in some kind of broken state regarding Ferenz questline. However, my question is....WTF is he I been looking for this guy for the last 10 hours now. I just dont know where left to look. Is there some shelter that i keep missing??? The Gramps says that he is in BETTER PART of town. So naturally i looked in buissiness discrit and Zizkov.

That would be Sergei. The guy that sits in the corner. Mahonney is the one in cardboard box.
The two guys by the bin and that one who is lying down on matresses have no names. Am i missing someone? The only one who is in sewers, as IN THE sewers is Ghaul.

Ok, I found him. Weird because last time when i tried to speak to that guy who is apperently Mazal. It just gave me generic hobo reply like..... "When this will end", and "You got a fifty, pal."

I guess it was a bug???
