I'm supposed to investigate around his residence and ask the neighbors about him, thing is I've looked all over where the map says he is and I'm finding nothing. What am I missing?

Talk to Mrs. Emka - she'll tell Strecker is dating the waitress Hannah. You have to get the Strecker's bag from Hannah in a suitable for you way. Read Strecker's notes and go take his evidence in a locker at the post office.

Thanks a lot! I remember the 'lady on the outskirts' comment now, but it was the play session before my last one and that lil tidbit was forgotten.

Do you know how to or what the passcode is to the security locker at the post office is? I'm stuck there and I'm not sure how to get it. Do I just keep guessing once per day?

Thanks for the reply. I figured it out by opening up his book or belongings. The game was not letting me open the book for some reason. It would just skip over the book when trying to select it in my inventory. I backed out of the game, came back in, then it worked. probably just another bug. Just some of the polishing that will not ever get done as they are "done" with the game even tho its not finished.
