Combat NPC
I swear I ran into a guy already that said he would teach me to fight, but I've been running down the entire list and can't find them. Am I having a brainfart or is there actually an NPC that teaches combat? If so, what's their name/location?

Right now he just has stuff for Dump Diving, but I think after giving him a piece of Biker Clothing it unlocked a skill that wasn't available/in the list, so maybe Scrapper and Adrenaline and just hidden for now until I get more pieces? Does anyone have the Scrapper or Adrenaline perks?
