Hra nelze spustit / Game won't start

Zdravím, hra se mi nedaří spustit. Po načtení loga Perun creative hra spadne a vytvoří se složka s error logem. Nepomáhá ani změna nastavení rozlišení apod. Kam mám složku poslat?

Hello, game won't start. After loading screen Perun creative game crashes, than a folder with error log is created. Change of resolution etc in configuration window did not work. Where can i send error logs folders?

My HW and SW specifications:
Win 10 home edition x64
Intel core i7
RAM 16 gb
GeForce GTX 770

Maybe try verifying the integrity of your cache. Right click on the game and goto properties, then local files and press "verify game cache". If that dosn't work maybe try and reinstall the game.

thank for your advice... unfortunately it did not help :(

I'm no dev but i got one more thing. Open the game, goto task manager, run the game, in task manager find the game, right click and press "goto details" then "set priority" and press either real time or high.

still no change... it keeps crashing.... I'll wait for developer's solution. Hope it will help... if they could not help me i'll want refund

I installed new update and then restarted whole system and it helped. Now i am finally able to play with no problem. Thank you sou much.
