Washing ?
Where can i wash that smelly guy ? people didnt even took my empty bottles xD

Theres a charity where you can clean your clothes and take a shower. You might also find/buy stuff to reduce your body odor.

Washing clothes can be done either at the charity (way up north on the map), or at the downtown laundry near the hobo king's place. Washing yourself seems to only be done with wetwipes or soap (either 10 from the stuff you find in the trash, or 30 from the type you can buy in the grocery shop).

Also you can wash yourself at the trainstation toilet. But cant wash your clothes there
