Water puzzle help
I have problem resolving the water puzzle on the machine outside the border house.
I activated the machine whith the gold ring. After, I can move the levers. I move the levers so they are all in this position; - - - -. The green light turn on. I try to turn the valve but it is not moving. What I am doing wrong. Can someone help me please. Thank you.

Thank you for your help. I manage to solve the puzzle. I think my mistake was identifying the valve. I was trying to turn the wheel. I haven't see the valve.
