Use Universal Hint System. It helps, and don't give you spoilerts. Power thing.

Do you know how i can find my work time card? My boss wont pay me

I believe it's in your diary. Examine the diary and you should see a slip of paper sticking out, which you can remove.

One of the trickier things about this game's puzzles is the "examining items" screen - specifically remembering that it's a thing that exists.

i got the diary and got paid but i dont know what to do at the subway station im stuck =[

You're already past the pay gate and on the platform, or stuck trying to get onto the platform?

If you're trying to get past the pay gate, it should be pretty straightforward now that you've got money.

What stuff do you currently have in your inventory, and what specific goal are you stuck trying to achieve?

Oh, in that case just ignore the subway and go do other things.
Eventually you'll have reason to go somewhere and then she'll board the train.

It's a bit of a slow start, I'll admit. (And some of the hardest puzzles in the game are at the start, which doesn't help matters.)

However, the standard rule for point & click adventures ("leave no stone unturned") still applies. Click on everything you can click on and pick up everything you can pick up. Talk to all the NPCs (there's A LOT of talking to do in this game, actually.) You'll find the right path in time.

thanks for the tip but the puzzles are not logical and doesn't make sense sometimes also there is a whole lot of back tracking which can be very annoying
Alesayr Nov 17, 2017 @ 5:49am
eh, most of the puzzles are fairly logical. Some of the ones in the first two chapters though? Not so much. The rubber ducky puzzle and the kerosene puzzle being particularly frustrating puzzles.

Getting paid was pretty logical though really.

Yeah, I'm looking for Zack to date at the Pavilion. Didn't know whree that was so i looked at a walkthrough for a second and had some puzzles spoiled for me. One I can't figure out is that I can look out the window. How do I get the bread? I see some in the cafe and the cursor slightly changes when i hover over it. But it doesn't pick anything up or respond in anyway when i click. I also just finished the little puzzle with the Cop. I happened to see someone complain about that puzzle on a comment section when i first heard of the game so i knew what to do. But i don't think i would have solved that.

I assume this is at the beginning of the infamous "rubber ducky puzzle." You do get the bread from the cafe, so you're on the right track. You basically need to do other things in the cafe before April deigns to pick up a piece of bread from the basket (it's one of those things.) I don't remember all the things to do now, but basically keep working at anything you can do with or for people in the cafe.

I'm assuming you've got your paycheque already. Pretty sure you need that to get to the "cop puzzle."

If you've already agreed to work the late shift, it might just be a matter of killing time until your shift. You might need to go to school and paint for a while to pass the time.
