One of the trickier things about this game's puzzles is the "examining items" screen - specifically remembering that it's a thing that exists.
If you're trying to get past the pay gate, it should be pretty straightforward now that you've got money.
What stuff do you currently have in your inventory, and what specific goal are you stuck trying to achieve?
well my girl wont enter the subway because she doesn't nkow where she wants to go?? LOL
Oh, in that case just ignore the subway and go do other things.
Eventually you'll have reason to go somewhere and then she'll board the train.
omg this game is so hard and not obvious at allll... thank you though lol
However, the standard rule for point & click adventures ("leave no stone unturned") still applies. Click on everything you can click on and pick up everything you can pick up. Talk to all the NPCs (there's A LOT of talking to do in this game, actually.) You'll find the right path in time.
Getting paid was pretty logical though really.
I assume this is at the beginning of the infamous "rubber ducky puzzle." You do get the bread from the cafe, so you're on the right track. You basically need to do other things in the cafe before April deigns to pick up a piece of bread from the basket (it's one of those things.) I don't remember all the things to do now, but basically keep working at anything you can do with or for people in the cafe.
I'm assuming you've got your paycheque already. Pretty sure you need that to get to the "cop puzzle."
If you've already agreed to work the late shift, it might just be a matter of killing time until your shift. You might need to go to school and paint for a while to pass the time.
