crash with starting game

when i want play the game i start it up and it crahd everytime i didnt play anytime before can pls someone help me

Give us some details if you want help. All you've given us is that it crashes when it starts. What operating system? PC specs? And are running mods or background programs? Are your drivers and OS fully up to date? Have you tried running it in compatibility mode? Do you otherwise meet the system requirements for this game?

Though with steam's return policy, I suggest getting a refund if you can't get the game to work within an hour and a half of purchase.

so its the first time that i wanted to play and when start it up on pc without mods just the game for the time it crashes more details i cant give that is what happening
