Disneyland adventure won't start

Disneyland adventure doesn't start on my laptop and pc.
I click on start game see hourglass for a few second but nothing happens. no error massage received. does anyone have any ideas to solve this so i can play the game?

Works well for me on Windows 7. If you are on win 10, try to run it in compatibility mode

yes thanks the game works. but now i have the next issue the controller doesn't work. The controller is a logitech rumble pad 2. it is connected in my usb port but doesn't work with the game only the keyboard work. my windows 10 can find the controller. any ideas to fix it? i tried everything i know.

Go to Steam Settings, then Controllers, then General Controller Settings. See if you can select your controller here.

I had some other (unrelated) issues with the controller in the game's menu. I had to start the game with the mouse, then use the controller once you're in the park.
