Missing Costume?

I'm at MAX level and brought everything for all the shop and
I notice I dont have Alice's costume. I know you can get it in the game ive playthought where people are wearing ether the Alice for girls or the mad hatter for boy. Is this an unlockable costume? and if so how do I unlocked it or is my game glitched and I cant get. PLEASE HELP!!!!!
