Stuck after picking up Incendiary Grenades

I think I picked up the Incendiary Grenades too early. I was able to jump the gap and grab the ceiling to get over the tall platform, but the floor on the other side is lower and I can't reach the ceiling from that side. Is there a double jump or wall jump ability? If there are I haven't found them. Feels like I'm gonna have to start over due to bad level design if that's the case. Really hope I'm wrong though.

It took me a while to work out too, I forget where it is but my advice is: look at the map and go to everywhere you can where you haven't yet been.

The problem is I can't get out of the corridor the Incendiary Grenades are in, not that I don't know where to go. There are plenty of places I haven't been to yet, but I can't get to them if I can't get out of this room/hallway, whatever you want to call it.
Feels like I missed a double jump ability or something.

There's no double jump ability at this point in the game. Screenshot your map and I'll try and remember where it was

I was stuck in this corridor for a good 30 minutes too, really poorly designed. I did it by running and jumping and shooting, this managed to kill the bugs so they didn't kill my momentum.

Thx krizkor, that was all it was, those damn bugs getting in the way.
Now I just feel dumb.
