If I uninstalled the game and downloaded it again, will my progress be saved? I do not intend to return to the game yet, but I had almost 50 hours in it.

The event location is pretty funny (though it's not hard at all), same enemies fought but with different attacks, and there are a lot of enemies. But, where's the Refreshing Watermelon Box? I can't find it.
